Delivery within Australia:
Every order is sent free of charge.
Orders received before 5pm Mon-Fri will be posted the following business day, for orders placed after 5pm or on weekends please allow an extra day (payment must be received prior to shipping).
When you order from Darrell Sumpter Jewellery, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow longer for country areas. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For more information on the Australia Post delivery network please see www.australiapost.com.au.
International Delivery outside of Australia:
Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
You will be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country, please check your local customs procedures for any taxes or duties that may apply. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, for international customers your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.
Returns & Exchanges
For our non-members, if, for whatever reason, you’re not happy with your purchase just send back your order via Australia Post Registered Post within 30 days, in it’s original packaging and with any tags still attached, for a full refund.
Please note, there can be no return or exchange on earrings due to health regulations.
Returns
Please follow the instructions below to return or exchange your purchase:
Please contact us via our online contact form or call us with your order number and item that you wish to return.
Place your item(s) unused, in the original packaging and with all labels attached. Ensure that you enclose your original invoice or purchase receipt.
Secure with packing tape and address to Darrell Sumpter Jewellery to the address we will supply you. Take the package to your nearest Australia Post store/outlet and return it to us by REGISTERED POST ONLY. If an item is not sent via this method, we cannot track the item and if it goes missing, we regret that we cannot provide a refund.
Once we have received the goods (Australia Post takes between 1-4 days to deliver) we will then refund the card from which the original payment was made.
- Please note, depending on your credit card provider, this can take between 4 and 10 working days to clear.
We regret that if your item(s) do not arrive in the original condition, with the original packaging and tags attached, we may not be able to honour your refund. We hope you understand
We will reply by email with your Reply Paid address.
Place your item(s) unused, in the original packaging and with all labels attached back into the packaging we originally delivered in.
